Job Description:

The Administrative Assistant plays a vital role in supporting office operations through effective inventory management, vehicle monitoring, and clerical duties. Key responsibilities include tracking office supplies, maintaining vehicle logs, and assisting in data entry and document organization. Additionally, the assistant may drive company vehicles and support procurement efforts, ensuring smooth and efficient operations. This position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.


Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field
Experience in administrative/clerical roles preferred
Strong communication and organizational skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Attention to detail in data entry and reporting
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work independently or in a team
Familiarity with inventory management systems
Valid driver's license may be required
