Administrative Tasks:•Manage and maintain accurate records, files, and databases.•Prepare and process various documents, including invoices, purchase orders, and shipping paperwork.•Answer and direct phone calls, respond to emails, and provide excellent customer service.•Schedule and coordinate appointments, meetings, and deliveries.•Assist with data entry and report generation. Logistics Support:•Track and trace shipments, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.•Coordinate with carriers and customers to resolve any issues or delays.•Assist with load planning and dispatching.•Maintain accurate records of vehicle maintenance and driver logs. General Office Duties:•Order office supplies and maintain inventory.•Assist with office organization and upkeep.•Perform other administrative tasks as assigned.


Nominal Salary: To be agreed
