· Manages executive's schedule and calendar of appointments

· Prepares correspondence, reports and high-level presentation materials

· Organizes, arranges and collaborates with organization members for corporate events and other undertakings

Qualifications

· Experience in organizing and arranging meetings, events and the like

· Very good communication skills and proficient in use of MS Office especially Excel
