• Providing administrative support to top managers.• Handling office tasks data entry, scheduling, and managing correspondence• Assisting with the coordination of meetings, events, and travel arrangements• Maintaining a high level of organisation and attention to detail in all assigned tasks• Demonstrating excellent communication and interpersonal skillsJOB REQUIREMENTS:• College graduate preferably fresh graduate• Smart and good looking• Proficient in Microsoft Office• Proficient in English both oral and written• Effective communication skills• No work experience required• Must be willing to work in Binan Laguna Technopark Temporary while the Lipa Batangas office is still under construction ( 2-3 MONTHS)SALARY RANGE: will discuss this during the interviewWORK LOCATION:LIMA Technology Center, Lipa City BatangasWORK SCHEDULE:8AM-5PM Monday - Saturday
