Admin Assistant/Accounting Staff

**Branch Generalist **is an individual who has multiple responsibilities across multiple departments within the company.
His/her functions provide support to all departments (Business Development, Operations, Accounting, Credit & Collection, Asset Management, and Purchasing).
He/she assists the Business Development Department in delivering customer service and following through on the sales and marketing of Delwater chassis units.
He/She handles the administrative and clerical services of the branch to ensure the effective and efficient flow of operations.
He/she assists the Credit & Collection department in following up payments for services rendered by the company.
He/she assists the Procurement and Logistics Department in sourcing subcontractors and suppliers in the area for the services and materials required by operations.
He/she assists the Asset Management Supervisor in the daily monitoring of the chassis inventory and is responsible for counter-checking the inventory of parts in the stockroom.
**QUALIFICATIONS**
- Graduate of Any Business related course.
Preferably with a strong Accounting Background.
- With at least 2-3 years experience in Admin, accounting or clerical work.
- With above average written and verbal communication skills
- Comfortable and proficient with technology.
- Willing to be rotated.
- Organize, Flexible and can work in a team

**Salary**: From Php18,000.00 per month

- 8 hour shift

Supplemental pay types:

- 13th month salary
