Job Description This is a remote position.
Administrative responsibilities: Keep a helicopter view on what is happening (trainer, training program, location, schedule, etc.) Provide support to enquiries coming from different offices globally Reply to general enquiries about the company Invoicing: Receive and check invoices from subcontracted parties and prepare invoice for clients Accounting: Check incoming payment from clients and input all incoming and outgoing invoices/expenses into accounting software Reporting: Prepare monthly sales report Database: Update our Databases (CRM, training participants, etc.) regularly Social Media: Follow-up our social media strategy, perform regular analysis and make recommendations Website: Edit web pages (training dates, etc.) Others: Run e-learning reports, create connection login in e-learning platform, prepare training certificates, data entry, research, etc.)Sales part of the job (limited at first): Research potential customers in Asia and other countries (connecting on Linkedin, contacting potential customers) Compile daily/weekly lists of leads and delegating them to Sales team associates Handle administrative duties for the Sales team Approach potential customers to introduce company services Requirements Candidate profile and experience: An associate's degree in business or office administration or a related field may be preferred With 3 -6 years of relevant work experience or mid-level employees Proficiency in English, both verbal and written with good comprehension Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant software High level accuracy in numerical skills with great attention to detail Strong organizational and time management skills Ability to multitask and can work with minimal supervision Proactive, committed to work, and trustworthy Has the ability and willingness to learn and adapt to new tools and technologies quickly Comfortable working within a global team Efficient in admin work, database management and basic accounting is a plus Website management experience (Wordpress) for basic website updates is a plus Requirements
