Job Description As an Admin and Customer Service Representative , you will collaborate seamlessly with teams located in the Philippines and Chicago to grasp the full spectrum of Westward360's business endeavors, playing a vital role in the overall achievement of the organization. Your responsibilities will encompass streamlining the day-to-day activities within your designated management portfolio. You will efficiently manage and resolve tenant and customer inquiries by utilizing our client's online ticketing platform, Zendesk. Additionally, you will engage with U.S.-based customers and vendors through their IP telephony system, addressing their needs via phone calls with finesse.

Employment type: Full-time

Shift: Night Shift (Mon - Fri 09:00 PM - 06:00 AM)

Work setup: Hybrid, Baguio City

What do you need to succeed Exceptionally high level of comfort and fluency in English, which is crucial for this role.
Flexibility concerning work schedule, as this individual's hours should align with our Chicago-based business operations.
Robust organizational skills.
Proficiency in technology, particularly web-based software like Google Suite.
Nice-to-Have:

Prior experience in property management or real estate.
Familiarity with Zendesk.
Background in customer service.

Streamline daily operations for your assigned management team's portfolio.
Monitor and resolve tenant/customer requests through our online ticketing system, Zendesk.
Respond to phone calls from customers and vendors based in the U.S. via an IP telephony system.
Convey business requirements to clients and vendors located in the U.S.
Investigate issues related to client (AR) and vendor (AP) payments.
