Admin And Compliance Manager- Food Manufacturing

Monitoring on-site activities, completing all relevant administrative reporting, and liaising between employees and management.
Liaise with customers, employees, and upper management
Manage the facilities maintenance and utility designs
Responsible for the overall governance and compliance of administrative support functions to ensure the site efficiency
Create a safe and conducive work environment for manufacturing employees.
Ensure timely resources are delivered from Corporate Support Partners through proper resource planning.
Ensure compliance with all relevant industry codes of practice, legislation, and occupational health and safety standards
Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business Management or any related course.
At least 10 years of work experience in food manufacturing operations.
Proven track record in site management, especially in facility management roles
Knowledge and understanding of the support admin function, i.e., HR, IT, Purchasing, Community Relations - including government relations), Health, Safety, and Security
Demonstrates financial acumen and experience in budget management, cost control, and contract management
Knowledge of product development and documentation, batch trial runs and manufacturing processes,
Willing to work in Cavite City
