Job description

**QUALIFICATION STANDARDS**:

- Education: Bachelor's Degree in any course (preferably in Mass Communications, Public Relations, Social Sciences, and other similar courses)
- Experience: 1 year of related work experience
- Training: 4 hours of relevant training

**REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS**:

- Good networking and research skills
- Good resource mobilization skills
- Above average communication and Power point presentation skills
- Excellent public speaking skills
- Good written and oral communication skills
- Research and data analysis
- Computer proficiency (MS Word, MS Excel, MS Powerpoint)
- Willing to do occasional field works

**JOB DESCRIPTION**:

- Assists in the preparations, documentation, and information dissemination relevant to gender issues and the women enterprises project;
- Assists in proposing plans to create awareness on gender advocacies, programs, and practices among employees and partner communities;
- Supports the monitoring, analysis, and reporting of programs on gender mainstreaming by ensuring the collection of relevant baseline information and formulating gender sensitive indicators;
- Identifies training needs and organizes trainings on gender mainstreaming for the Project Affected Families;
- Provides research outputs and advice to the GAD committee with regard to technical issues on advocacy and gender mainstreaming in projects; and
- Performs other related functions as may be assigned from time to time.
**Salary**: Php20,000.00 - Php20,500.00 per month

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
