**General admin support**:
Office management (e.g., stationary/pantry supplies, cleaners, repairs)
Arrange corporate events (e.g., birthdays, team building)
Manage meetings (scheduling, bookings, calendar management)
Participate in meetings, including creating and managing meeting notes
Task delegation (and managing progress)

**Any other ad hoc administrative tasks Account support**:
Processing supplier bills
Reconciliation of supplier bills to projects
Reconciliation of credit cards and collation of receipts
Accounts payable and receivable
Preparing and formatting monthly invoices
Prepare reports as required ----------------------------------------
- Uphold a strict level of confidentiality
Develop and sustain a level of professionalism among staff and clientele
Contributing to the continual improvement of processes, procedures & documentation

**What youu0026'll bring in**:
Excellent Verbal and Written English communication skills
Minimum 2 yearsu0026' experience in similar role
Must have knowledge and experience in Xero Accounting Software
Experience supporting Australian companies (GST) preferred
Advanced Microsoft Office skills (especially Excel), with an ability to become familiar with company-specific programs and software
Strong attention to detail and organisational skills with impeccable multi-tasking abilities
A proactive and collaborative approach
Exceptional interpersonal skills
Friendly and professional demeanour
Ability to work under pressure in a busy environment
Ability to work unsupervised and in a team environment
