Admin / Accounting Staff - Taytay

**MIMINUM REQUIREMENTS**
- At least 6 months to 1 year related experience as accounting staff/assistant
- Willing to work Monday to Saturday from 8AM to 5PM
- Willing to render overtime
- Willing to start with short notice

**BRIEF JOB RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Conduct initial qualification and validation of all request for payments
- Ascertain that payables are prepared according to scheduled date of payment before they become due to avoid penalties/interests
- Operating Expenses
- Canvassing and preparation of purchase order for local purchases based on approved canvass slip or quotation.
- Performs bookkeeping / accounting functions of recording
- Performs proper file management and archiving
- Any other assigned task by Accounting Head / Finance Officer

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

Supplemental Pay:

- 13th month salary

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Taytay, Rizal: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- admin / accounting staff: 1 year (preferred)
