TASKS, FUNCTIONS, AND RESPONSIBILITIES
The Administrative Accounting Assistant is responsible for keeping the accounting records up-to-date and accurate, generating the required periodic and regular reports as well as ad-hoc accounting related reports that may be requested. He/ She will also be responsible for providing administrative and secretarial support as well as developing and maintaining the itinerary and appointment schedules of the entire operations of the property. He / She is also in charge of the preparation of business correspondences and agenda for meetings including the coordination of all departments and/or staff regarding work orders and instructions from the upper management.

A. DAY-TO-DAY TASKS
Administrative management but not limited to directory maintenance, inventory, supplier sourcing and logistics transaction.
In-charge on the transmittal of Daily Time Record summary to head office for payroll processing.
Handles the process for Move-In and Move-Out and arrear reporting to accounting including orientation and turnover report. Bookkeeping Function.
Preparation of Monthly Financial Statements.
Preparation of Monthly Bank Reconciliation.
Maintaining the financial records in a complete and systematic manner.
Perform general administrative management tasks but not limited to directory maintenance, inventory, supplier sourcing and logistics transactions.
Create Daily Time Record summary to be submitted to head office for payroll processing.
Handles the process for Move-In and Move-Out and arrear reporting to accounting including orientation and turnover report.
Update and submit weekly occupancy report to the Property Manager.
In-charge of consolidation of weekly report from Property Manager, Engineering and Accounting in preparation for the Monthly management report to be forwarded to the PM for final approval.
Handles processing of work permits, move in and move out, gate pass, etc.
Handles the processing of and secures permits and licenses as applicable.
Preparation of Daily Cash Position Report.
Billing and Collection.
Deposit of Collection.
Consolidation and preparation of SOA.
Preparation of Checks for Disbursements.
Secretarial support during meeting, events, and all other activities between the Company and Client but not limited to the day- to- day administrative and operational transactions.
Maintains records of unit owner's 201 file, its amenities reservation, and all others.
Attend board meetings as required.

MINIMUM JOB REQUIREMENTS
A graduate of a 4-year course; Bachelor of Science in Accountancy or Business Administration major in Accounting
Must have above 2-year related work experience: preferably in the same industry
Must have knowledge in the use of computer applications such as MS Office (MS Word, MS Excel, MS Power point) and email
Generally Accepted Accounting Principles
Tax code of the Philippines
Knowledgeable in accounting software
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent negotiating skills
Basic computer skills
Hardworking
Organized
Strong attention to details
Trustworthy
Ability to work in a team

Details:
Salary: PHP. 20,000-24,000
Working Schedule: Full-time, 8 hours a day/ Mondays to Fridays 8am -5pm and Saturdays 8am-12nn
