**Qualifications**:

- Graduate of BS Marketing / Entrepreneurship /Management;
- With one (1) year relevant work experience;
- Proficient with MS Office;
- Proficient in both oral and written communication skills;
- With high negotiating and influencing skills;
- Willing to work onsite (Makati).
**Responsibilities**:
Assists the Sales and Marketing Manager in distributing products/commodities.
Coordinates with affiliates regarding the volume requirement and shipment date.
**Prepares/collates documents needed.
**

1) Assists the Sales & Marketing Manager in distributing affiliates' products such as rice, flour and other grains.
2) Prepares Purchase Orders, Sales Contracts, Sales Invoice and Billing Statement.
3) Prepares and collates import documentations such as:
a.
Bill of Lading
b.
Commercial Invoice
c. Certificate of Origin
d. Certificate of Fumigation
e. Phytosanitary Certificate
f. Certificate of Weight and Quantity
g. Packing List
h. Tally Certificate
i.
Freight Certificate
j. GMO Certificate
k. Certificate of Analysis
l. Container Cleanliness Certificate
m. Surveyor's Report
n. Certificate of Insurance

4.
Follows up collections/payments from customers.
5.
Develops new clients/customers.
6.
Coordinates with affiliate source of products regarding requirements and shipment dates.
7.
Assists the immediate superior in conducting surveys and researches on market trends.
8.
Performs other functions that may be assigned from time to time.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: Php23,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

Supplemental Pay:

- 13th month salary
- Overtime pay
