Acquisitions Analyst (Senior) - Hybrid

Experience with real estate private equity, multifamily and industrial assets especially. Comfortable with understanding various capital structure and how to model that in excel.

Market research for new acquisitions. Related to specific properties and target markets.
Modeling of new acquisitions including financial analysis of operating statements, rent rolls, etc.
Assist in due diligence reviews and organization
Prepare pitch decks for investment committee and for capital partners
Assist in project tracking through closing
