Accouting Specialist

Job Description
- will be responsible for the timely preparation of Monthly Cost Report.
- will do Budget Report Analysis
- will do Monthly Shipment Sales with Manufacuring Price List per Business Unit
- will be responsible for Bank Reconciliation Report, Journal Entries for Payroll, Monthly Common Customer 4D Ratio for Prepaid Expenses and Common Customers
- Reconcile twice a month the Agency Billing together with Perfect Attendance per month; assist fixed Assets Management.
- Prepare Audit Schedules.
Job Requirements:
- Graduate of BS Accounting or BSBA major in Accounting/ Management Accounting/ Finance Management.
- with good leadership and reporting skills.
- proficient in MS office particularly in Excel
- with strong personality
- open for Fresh Graduates but experience is an advantage.
