Job Description:
Sprout Solutions is seeking a hardworking and reliable Accounts Receivable professional to join our team in a full-time, work-from-home position. As an Entry Level Accounts Receivable Specialist, you will be responsible for managing the accounts receivable process, ensuring timely and accurate invoicing, collections, and reconciliation of accounts.
Responsibilities:
- Generate and send out invoices to customers
- Follow up on outstanding payments and resolve any discrepancies
- Reconcile accounts and prepare reports on accounts receivable status
- Monitor customer account details for non-payments, delayed payments, and other irregularities
- Work closely with the sales team to resolve any billing issues
- Maintain accurate records of all transactions
- Assist with month-end closing processes
- Provide support for audits as needed
Requirements:
- 1 year of experience in accounts receivable or a related field
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software
- Emotional intelligence and leadership skills
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance preferred
