Accounts Receivable - Remote Work

Job Description:

BeautyMNL, a leading beauty and wellness e-commerce platform based in Taguig, NCR, PH, is seeking a part-time Accounts Receivable professional to join our remote team. This entry-level position requires at least 1 year of experience in a similar role. The ideal candidate will be confident, energetic, and possess strong planning and decision-making skills.

Responsibilities:
- Generate and send out invoices to customers
- Follow up on outstanding payments
- Reconcile accounts receivable ledger
- Monitor customer account details for non-payments, delayed payments, and other irregularities
- Investigate and resolve customer queries
- Process credit card payments
- Prepare monthly financial reports
- Assist with month-end closing procedures
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate and timely billing

Requirements:
- 1+ years of experience in accounts receivable or a related field
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance preferred
