Accounts Receivable

• Analyze information and options by maintaining records and files; reconciling accounts.
• Prepares payments by accruing expenses; assigning accounts numbers; requesting disbursements.
• Verify and reconcile invoices, receipts and other financial documents.
• Ensure proper documentations, monitoring and back-up of all treasury related transactions.
• Develops and implements accounting procedures by analyzing current procedures.
• Protects the organization's value by keeping information confidential.
• Accomplishes accounting and organization mission by completing related results as needed.
• Performs monthly bank statements.
• Regularly maintain detailed reconciliation of all balance sheet accounts.
• Ensure compliance with the Accounting Principles, Company Policies and relevant accounting standards
• Provide general administrative support to the Accounting department, as needed.
