Job Description:

Cloudstaff is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accounts Receivable Associate to join our team in Cebu, Central Visayas, PH. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of experience in accounts receivable and possess a resilient and resourceful personality.

Responsibilities:
- Process accounts receivable transactions accurately and efficiently
- Monitor customer accounts for overdue payments and follow up on outstanding invoices
- Reconcile accounts and resolve any discrepancies
- Prepare and send out invoices to customers
- Maintain accurate records of all transactions
- Assist with month-end closing procedures
- Provide support to the accounting team as needed

Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in accounts receivable
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent time management skills
- Ability to analyze data and identify trends
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
