Accounts Receivable Associate - Wfh

Duties and Responsibilities: Regular monitoring of overdue accountsResolution of any customer inquiriesAssessment and implementation of adjustments to accounts as neededPrepares daily/monthly reconcillationsHandling investigations on allocated paymentsBill reconcillationExamination of reasons behind delinquencyExecution of refund processes when necessaryFacilitation and organization of schedules for prompt settlements Required Education/Experience: Preferably with a degree in Accountancy or Finance related course.Have 1 year of experience as an Accounts Receivable Associate, but fresh graduates are welcome to apply. Required Skills: Working knowledge in any Accounting system/tool (SAP, Oracle, Netsuite, etc)Intermediate to advance knowledge in ExcelExcellent communication and problem-solving skills
