Accounts Receivable Analyst

We are looking to hire an Accounts Receivable Analyst with a strong background in Salesforce Billing and customer collections to help support the invoicing and collection processes at dbt Labs. This role will provide direct support to the Deal Desk and Order to Cash Manager and they will be responsible for invoicing and collections daily. This role will be remote in the Philippines. You are a good fit if you have experience: Creating and posting invoices in Salesforce Billing Applying payments within Salesforce Billing and NetSuite Collecting invoices ranging in dollar value Troubleshooting and resolving payment issues with customers Working in ticketing systems (HappyFox, Zendesk, Asana) Invoicing against Purchase Orders in customer portals (Coupa, SAP Ariba, Taulia, Tipalti) You'll have an edge if you have experience: Working with Happyfox, Slack, and Notion Performing account and billing address/contact updates within Salesforce Working with bankruptcy filings Performing an Accounts Receivable Reserve Analysis Compensation & Benefits Salary : ?1,524,000 - ?2,055,000 Benefits : For employees outside the United States, dbt Labs offers a competitive benefits package.
