Accounts Payroll Admin - (Angeles - Office Based Only)

We are seeking an experienced Accounts/Payroll Admin to join our team immediately. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing payroll and accounting tasks with accuracy and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
Process and manage payroll for employees, ensuring timely and accurate payments.
Assist in maintaining accurate financial records, including data entry, reconciliations, and general ledger tasks.
Manage accounts payable and receivable, ensuring all payments are processed promptly.
Use Xero accounting software for payroll, invoicing, and financial reporting.
Perform regular audits of financial records to ensure compliance and accuracy.
Generate reports for internal use and management reviews.
Maintain confidentiality and secure payroll data.
Handle other administrative tasks as needed.

Qualifications:
Proven experience in an accounts or payroll role.
With or without Australian experience
Proficiency in Xero and Excel is essential.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to work under tight deadlines with high levels of accuracy.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred:
Prior experience with Australian payroll or accounting standards.
