Accounts Payable - Work From Home

Job Description:

Tanduay Distillers, Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accounts Payable professional to join our team as a part-time remote worker based in Davao City, PH. As an Associate Level Accounts Payable specialist, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of the accounts payable process for the company.

Responsibilities:
- Review and process invoices in a timely and accurate manner
- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve any discrepancies
- Prepare and process payments to vendors
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date accounts payable records
- Assist with month-end closing activities related to accounts payable
- Communicate with vendors to resolve payment issues
- Assist with ad-hoc financial projects as needed

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in accounts payable
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Driven and energetic personality
- Strong people management and adaptability skills
