Accounts Payable Supervisor

Monitors all activities in the accounts payable function.
Ensures timely processing and payment of vendor invoices and expense vouchers and maintains accurate records and control reports.
- Manages all direct line reports following company procedures and standards
- Generates and shares comprehensive and detailed reports about team performance, mission-related objectives, and deadlines
- Responsible for the preparation of payment processing, review the accuracy of accounts payable voucher and supporting documents aligned with company guidelines & policies
- Ensure accurate and complete financial statement and suppliers records.
Building and maintaining relationships with clients and vendors.
- Overseeing daily accounts payable transactions/activities to ensure that they are completed accurately and on time.
Qualifications:

- Graduate of BS Accountancy, Finance or equivalent.
- With minimum of 5-year experience in accounts payable field and additional 2 years supervisory experience in the same field.
- Ability to accurately prepare daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual reports
- Must have a strong Accounts Payable background and must have excellent analytical skills; a sound understanding of accounting principles.
- Computer Literate - Strong Excel skills and the ability to use Outlook and Word
- Experience with SAP is a plus
