Accounts Payable Supervisor - Hybrid Work Set Up

Your Role: You will be responsible in recording & preparation payments for all vendors, employee reimbursements, US statutory.What you will you do:Preparing of payment batches as required to meet determined payment termsMaintaining Weekly Payment Run MonitoringInput accurate G/L account and cost center for the bills and expense reimbursementsEnsure invoices and expense reports are appropriately approvedOversee timely and accurate invoice processing.Verify proper coding and approval procedures.Ensure adherence to company policies and regulations.Coordinate payment methods (e.g., checks, electronic transfers).Maximize cash flow while ensuring timely payments.Manage payment scheduling and reconciliation.Qualifications:Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or any related courseAt least 5 years of experience in Accounts Payable ProcessingExcellent written and oral communication skillsExperience using an ERP system is necessary and is skilled in using Microsoft Excel What's in it for you??
