Accounts Payable - Remote Work

Job Description:

ChatGenie is seeking a motivated and resourceful Accounts Payable Associate to join our remote team in Caloocan, NCR, PH. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate should have at least 3 years of experience in accounts payable.

Responsibilities:
- Process accounts payable transactions accurately and timely
- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve any discrepancies
- Assist with month-end closing activities
- Maintain accurate and organized financial records
- Communicate effectively with vendors and internal stakeholders
- Assist with ad-hoc financial projects as needed

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
- 3+ years of experience in accounts payable
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software
- Presentation and innovation skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Motivated and resourceful personality traits
