About the job Accounts Payable Associate

Ensures that all payables or request for payments are processed on time within established turnaround time.
Work involves receiving, checking, verifying, and recording to SAP System, which is the company's current accounting software.
Preparation of Payment Disbursement Vouchers (PDVs) and for submission to Treasury for check preparation or online payments.
**Qualifications**:
At least 1 year of work experience in Accounts Payable
Knowledgeable in SAP or any Accounting related software
Knowledgeable in PAS/ PFRS (IAS/IFRS)
Knowledgeable in the complete accounting cycle, closing of year
- end, and external auditors files
Knowledgeable in appropriate internal controls
Has the ability to analyze and interpret financial profiles
Knowledgeable in Windows based office technologies (i.e Word, Excel, etc.)
Has a high degree of accuracy, attention to detail and confidentiality
Must be effective in verbal, listening and written communication skills
.Must be willing to work onsite (Office is in Pasay)
