ACCOUNTS PAYABLE ASSOCIATE

 

Job description:
 

Perform day to day financial transactions, including verifying, classifying and recording accounts payable data

Accurately review, code and process vendor invoices

Perform monthly reconciliations

Perform data entry associated with accounts payable

Review

and reconcile invoice discrepanciesAddress and respond to vendor inquiries

Encodes receipts for input VAT for monthly reporting

Releases check based on schedule and availability

Qualifications:
Education

Graduate of Business related course ( BSBA, BSA, Accounting Tech)

Others

With Real Estate experience is an advantage

With SAP exposure is an advantage

Experience with payables is preferable
