Accounts Payable Assistant

**Job Descriptions**

1.
Invoice receiving and management:
(1) Receive invoices and related payment documents: Receive invoices and related payment documents submitted by business departments directly from suppliers.
Receive self-procurement and related payment documents from the payment applicant.
(2) Register and check invoices: Record the received invoice information in the invoice register (paper copy or AP Workflow), including but not limited to: invoice No., receipt date, etc.
Perform invoice check and internal and external compliance check.
Verify the consistency between the paper invoice and the electronic invoice.
(3) Check payment documents: Review the integrity and compliance of payment documents.
Ask business departments to resubmit or return incomplete payment documents in a timely manner.
**Knowledge/Skills**
Knowledge: operation requirements related to the procurement AP accounting process, and operation of the invoice operation system such as APW

Skill: APWF system operation capability

**Salary**: Php40,000.00 - Php90,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

Supplemental Pay:

- 13th month salary
- Overtime pay
- Performance bonus

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Taguig City: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
