Accounts Officer

Details of the offer

1. Client Relations:

-Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their needs are met and exceeded.
-Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly and effectively.

2. Account Management:

-Manage and oversee client accounts to ensure accuracy, compliance, and timely delivery of services.
-Monitor account activities and transactions to identify and mitigate risks.

3. Coordination and Communication:

- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and alignment with client expectations.
- Facilitate clear and effective communication between clients and internal departments.

4. Customer Service:

- Provide exceptional customer service to both internal and external customers.
- Handle customer complaints and inquiries with professionalism and efficiency.

5. Field Work:

- Conduct field visits as required to meet with clients and gather necessary information.
- Perform on-site evaluations and assessments to better understand client needs and provide tailored solutions.

6. Reporting and Documentation:

- Prepare regular reports on account status, activities, and performance metrics.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and documentation.
