Accounts Management Coordinator

Job Specification:Graduate of finance or business management course.At least 2 years supervisory experience in a lending institution or real estate firm.Knowledge in credit management, finance, loans processing, customer relations management.Job Description:Responsible in managing the daily activities and performance of the AMG Bacolod personnel to meet the company's objectives and targets in terms of booking and take-outs of Bacolod project/s.Responsible for booking of accounts.Process full documentation of buyers' housing loan application.Utilization of approved funding line from lending institution.Collection from buyer's equity, processing fee and loan take out.
