Accounts Director

Job Description:
We are looking for an Account Director to undertake account management responsibilities and supervise subordinate staff.
Your duties will involve both managing relationships with clients and guiding account personnel.
- Conceptualize and standardize project management systems to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
- Provide recommendations to clients for online marketing strategies.
- Ensure that all KPIs of marketing campaigns as well as project deadlines are met.
- Oversee project deliverables of various accounts to ensure deadlines are met.
- Manage and propose execution of marketing strategies for various campaigns for clients.
- Manage and propose execution for event projects.
- Attend client meetings to ensure proper coordination and execution of projects.
- Work with heads of different departments to ensure quality output.
- Supervise and train the Account Executives and Project Managers.
**Qualifications**
- Bachelor's degree in a related field, minimum 5 years of related work experience.
- Preferably with media experience (mix of traditional and online)
- Has a good understanding of communications channels and content development
- Experience in developing coordinated communications plans.
- Proficient skills in Microsoft Office and PowerPoint.
- Experience in strategizing and producing content for multiple platforms

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: Php40,000.00 - Php50,000.00 per month
