**Work Schedule**: Monday to Friday, AEST

**Qualifications**:

- Proven work experience as an Accounts Administrator or similar role
- Background in Telco company is an advantage
- Understanding of billing systems
- Sound knowledge of Xero and bookkeeping
- Good phone etiquette (bright and airy phone manner)

**Responsibilties**:

- Manage collections and occasionally jump in the client's call queue to take inbound calls
- Managing obligations to suppliers, customers and third-party vendors
- Processing bank deposits
- Reconciling financial statements
- Managing billing system (Billing Bureau's Genex)
- Managing Xero (adding info and processing financial reports)
- Ensure to process all financial transactions accurately and on time
- Contact clients and send reminders to ensure timely payments
- Prepare BAS and submit tax forms
- Identify and address discrepancies
- Report on the status of accounts payable and receivable
- Update internal accounting databases and spreadsheets
- Be overflow for customer service enquiries
- Liaise with sales team to add new sales to billing system
- Payroll

**Requirements**:
Must have basic accounting and bookkeeping skills

- Windows 10/Catalina and Up Only
- 20-25mbps Internet speed
