Accounting Supervisor - Onsite (Quezon City)

Oversee daily transactions, including accounts payable/receivable, general ledger and bank reconciliationsPrepare and review financial statements, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statementsEnsure the accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of financial reportsCommunicate financial results to senior management and other stakeholdersCollaborate with other departments to develop annual budgets and financial forecastsMonitor and analyze budget variances and provide explanations and recommendationsPerform financial analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and potential risksProvide insights and recommendations to support strategic decision-makingAssist in the development of financial strategies and long-term financial plansContribute to the formulation and execution of the organization's financial goalsManage and optimize cash flow to ensure the organization's liquidityMonitor working capital and implement strategies to improve cash positionEnsure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and financial lawsOversee general ledger management, accounts payable, and accounts receivable processesCoordinate with auditors for annual audits and address audit findings
Qualifications

• CPA 3 years of experience doing end-to-end accounting3 years of experience as Accounting SupervisorExperience in financial reporting, budgeting, financial analysis, and strategic financial planningStrong computer skills, MS Excel in particular (managing spreadsheets, creating charts, and using advanced formulas)Solid knowledge of bookkeeping and accounting principles
Preferred but not required
• Knowledge in ARIES accounting system

Work Arrangement

Location: Quezon City
Shift: 8:00 am - 6:30 pm (Monday - Friday)
