Background of this recruitment: The current assistant manager will resign due to a family matter on Aug 10th, so they want to hire.Scope of this position: There are audit and financial consultants from Japan, so the person does not have to be a CPA, but what the client expects is the management of 2 members.It is preferable if the person has the experience to be a top of the department as a local manager ex or supervisor but managed 3 local members etcCareer path: Start as Supervisor ? can be Assistant Manager soon depending on the performance
Salary model: Supervisor- start from 43-45k, Assistant Manager 50-53k, Manager more than that

Prepare the necessary Bank report (Bank reconciliation, cash position report &bank balance report)Prepare Journal EntriesPrepare Trial BalancePrepare GJ/PJ/CRJ/CDJPrepare PPE Lapsing schedule/monthly depreciation of equipmentPrepare a financial statementChecks AR & AP schedulesPrepare and monitor Advances to the supplierPrepare and monitor Advances to officers/employees and other subject for salary deductionPrepare conversion in Peso of salesApproval of check preparation in Metrobank PETTY CASH Issues petty cash advances and petty cash paymentPrepare replenishment of petty cashEncash check to petty cash PAYROLL Computes payrollPayslips preparation and issuanceCoordinates with the bank for payroll creditingComputes for annual withholding tax and prepare Alpha list as required by BIRComputes last pay of separated employeesComputes the annual 13th month pay, SL/VL conversionIssues BIR 2316 to each employeeProcess the payment of Government remittances deducted from salary BIR REPORTS Annual registrationResponsible for AFS stamp received to BIR with Annual ITRResponsible for Alpha listing of employees & payeesResponsible for the monthly, quarterly & Annual BIR ReportResponsible for preparation of the Book of AccountsResponsible for Inventory Stamp received to BIR PEZA REPORTS Responsible for the monthly, quarterly & annual PEZA ReportProcess the ITH application to Peza and monitor the expiration of each registered activityPrepare a report on the extension of ITH OTHERS Responsible for all inventories which include fixed assets and report preparation related to inventoriesResponsible for the monitoring/renewal of insuranceResponsible for the preparation of the Actuarial ReportResponsible for preparation of payment for other service providers for top managementOther related duties assigned by immediate superior from time to time.
Candidate must be a college graduate, preferably an Accounting course
Computer Literate
Willing to start immediately
With at least 3 years of experience in all facets of accounting in manufacturing setup
Positive working attitude
Work at least 3 years in current 3 companies (No job hopping)

Regular work schedule: Monday to Saturday 800~1700
