Accounting Supervisor

**Responsibilities**:

- Expertise in Cost Accounting & Fixed Asset Accounting, including Standard Costing and importation charges computation
- Prepares and reviews supporting schedules and related reports for both statutory and management, and the periodic reconciliation and maintenance of all assigned accounts
- Review of reconciliation of Inventory Account (General Ledger vs Subsidiary Ledger)
- Monitor and review completeness of inventory transactions such as receiving and issuances.
- Performs Monthly Closing procedures for inventory as well as year-end closing procedures complete with relevant schedules and analyses
- Act as overall in charge of Annual Physical Inventory Count and resolution of count results.
**Job Qualifications**:

- Accounting Graduate - CPA
- Knowledgeable in MS Excel, MS Word, Oracle
- Expertise in Cost Accounting and Fixed Asset Accounting, including standard costing and importation charges computation
- Possess above average intelligence quotient (IQ), possess management skill, has a strong personality, good in coordination, collaboration skill, attention to details with supervisory skills
- Has the ability to satisfy the needs of customer, both internal and external
- Responsible and self-motivated; consistent & persistence attitude
- Can get along well with different types of people; and
- Can work with minimum supervision

**Salary**: Php22,000.00 - Php26,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

Supplemental Pay:

- 13th month salary
- Overtime pay

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Taguig City: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Management: 1 year (preferred)

License/Certification:

- CPA (preferred)
