Accounting Supervisor

Supervision of Accounting assistant(s) and review of day-to-day transaction of the Company.
- Assists and collaborates in the preparation and filing of tax returns (VAT, EWT, 1601-C, ITR and others) with the Tax Compliance Officer.
- Check and approves the payroll computation and remittances.
- Prepare balance sheet, general ledger accounts and income statement schedules.
- Assists Accounting manager in performing general account analysis and reconciliation.
- Recording and managing of month-end and year-end closing.
- Assists in preparing in the yearly business permits.
- Assists external auditor and provides required statements and information for the Annual Audit.
- Identifies and recommends updates to accounting processes and procedures.
- Handles fixed assets and inventory.
- Perform additional tasks and analysis as required by the Accounting Manager and the Management.
**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's/College Degree in Accounting.
- At least 4 years of working experience in Accounting.
- Preferably 3 years supervisory work specialized in General Accounting.
- Has extensive knowledge in Taxation, Financial Statement Preparation, Philippine Accounting Standard and Auditing.
- Excellent oral and written English communication skills.
- Analytical and good organizational skills.
- Will be deployed in BGC, Taguig City
