**Your Role: Accounting Supervisor**

**Job Requirements**:

- Preferably with 2-4 Years of working experience in the Finance/Accounting Department.
- Proficiency in Excel
- Deep knowledge of Accounting Processes
- Good communication and negotiation skills, able to express himself/herself well
- With experience using any finance tools (like Quickbooks, Zero, SAP)
- Good organization & project management skills
- Audit of all company transactions to ensure compliance to accounting policies and procedures (inventory, sales, expenses)
- Analyze current processes & gaps and implement changes as needed
- Documentation of financial processes
- Alignment of manual transactions to Quickbooks

Key Performance Indicators:

- Compliance & completeness of all transactions
- Clarity & documentation of audit findings, including proper reporting of non-compliance
- Ability to work with other teams for seamless implementation of processes

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
