Accounting Supervisor

Job Description

Performs accounting functions to ensure efficiency and compliance.
This may include supervising employees, maintaining financial records and assisting with audits.
Daily
- Approves ledger entries
- Verifies check amounts against invoices or other related attachment to approve disbursement
- Keeps records and documentation of all transactions

Semi-Monthly
- Verifies and checks payroll computation

Monthly
- Files on line BIR filing and payment of monthly VAT return
- Validates and reconciles sales revenue report of CCO and Sales Dept
- Reconciles general and subsidiary ledgers and bank statements
- Generates and submits Financial Reports/Budget Costing/Profitability reports
- Monitors and submits department KPI
- Keeps records and documentation of all transactions

Quarterly
- Files on line BIR filing and payment of quarterly VAT return together with sales and purchases
- Files on line BIR filing and payment of quarterly ITR return
- Keeps records and documentation of all transactions

Occasionally

Validates and approves SO

Annually
- Generates and submits annual in house financial report to auditor
- Files on line BIR filing and payment of Annual Income Tax Return
- Evaluates performance of supervising employees

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: Php25,000.00 - Php350,000.00 per month

- Bachelor's (required)

**Experience**:

- Accounting: 3 years (preferred)

License/Certification:
