Accounting Supervisor

**ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Ensure compliance with all the company, local, state and federal accounting and tax laws and regulations.
- Record, compile, analyze and report financial data and transactions.
- Review and reconcile books such as general ledger and subsidiary ledger.
- Prepare financial statements of the company
- Create reports such as budget and financial forecast.
- Present data to managers, investors and other entities.
- Maintain accurate financial records.
- Monitor and reconciliation of receivables.
- Perform audits and resolve discrepancies.
- Process payment of payables including statutory payables.
- Assist preparation of regulatory and financial reports
- Assist the management in the decision-making process.
- Report problems regarding FSMS to the authorized person or person-in-charge.
- Contribute to the effectiveness of FSMS and compliant to FSMS requirements
- Performs other relevant tasks assigned by superiors.
Pay: Php28,000.00 - Php30,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

Supplemental Pay:

- 13th month salary
- Overtime pay

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Tarlac City, Tarlac: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)
