Accounting Supervisor

Responsibilities

Financial Statement Preparation & Analysis:

Take a lead role in preparing accurate and timely financial statements.
Conduct in-depth financial analysis to provide insights into the company's financial performance.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather relevant data for comprehensive financial reporting. 
Bank Reconciliation:

Perform regular and thorough bank reconciliations to ensure the accuracy of financial transactions.
Investigate and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner.
Implement best practices to enhance the efficiency of bank reconciliation processes.
General Ledger Accounts Reconciliation:

Oversee the reconciliation of general ledger accounts to maintain the integrity of financial records.
Review and analyze ledger entries to identify and rectify any discrepancies.
Develop and maintain documentation of reconciliation procedures.
Mandatory Reports for Government Agencies:

Coordinate the preparation and submission of mandatory reports to government agencies, including but not limited to BIR, PEZA, SEC, and other relevant entities.
Stay updated on changes in regulatory requirements and ensure the company's compliance with all relevant laws.
Work closely with internal stakeholders to gather necessary information for accurate and timely reporting.
Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Adequate knowledge in MS Office & Accounting Software
Adequate knowledge in accounting processes & mandatory reports submitted to government agencies (BIR, PEZA, SEC)
5-8 years experience in accounting facets/roles
Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and compliance.
Effective communication and leadership skills.
Experience in a Japanese Molding Manufacturing Company is an advantage
