Accounting Supervisor

**JOB DESCRIPTION**:

- Oversees daily transactions (e.g.
accounts payable/receivable, general ledger and bank reconciliations)
- Participates in regular tax audits and payroll
- Prepares budget reports and forecast revenues
- Leads Accounting Department's daily operations.
- Works closely with a team of accounting personnel to manage financial functions, including accounts payable/receivable, bank reconciliations and tax audits.
- Manages month-end and year-end closing
- Monitors the daily performance of the accounting department
- Organizes financial data into useable information and maintain updated records
- Tracks the progress of financial and accounting objectives
- Establishes accounting policies and procedures, aligned with company's targets
- Ensures financial management is accurate and effective.
- Ensures compliance with the law
- Possess high analytical skills to create detailed financial reports and forecasts.
- Must have a problem-solving attitude and be able to manage a team.
**QUALIFICATIONS**:

- Proven working experience as Accounting Supervisor/Manager
- Advanced Computer skills on Ma Office, Accounting software and Database
- Proven knowledge of bookkeeping and accounting principles, practices, standards, laws and regulations
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to direct and supervise
- BS Degree in Accounting or Finance

Pay: From Php40,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Ortigas Pasig: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Management: 1 year (preferred)
- Accounting: 5 years (preferred)
