Accounting Supervisor

Job Summary – The Accounting Supervisor oversees the daily accounting activities including accounts receivable, payables, cash receipts, disbursements, financial analysis of operating expenses etc.
Duties and Responsibilities
1.
Prepares asset, liability, and capital account entries by compiling and analyzing account information
2. Review and prepare analysis on subsidiary ledgers
3.
Prepares weekly, monthly, and annual reports for tax filing and other regulatory requirements
4.
Responsible for safeguarding all financial databases
5.
Works with other departments/projects to manage budgets, and expenditures, and submits cash flow report
6.
Assists in the annual financial audits
7.
Trains and orients accounting staff
8.
Performs other duties that may be assigned or required

Minimum Education Requirements:
Graduate of BS Accountancy
Below 40 years old,
Male or female no preference
Minimum work experience in related work: 5 to 8 years
Others:
Knowledgeable in General Accounting, work experience in Construction is an advantage
Willing to work in Ortigas
