Accounting Supervisor

Job Description :
- Prepare accurate financial statements in accordance with regulations.
- Conduct monthly reconciliation of all accounts to ensure accuracy.
- Manage AP/AR, payroll, and transaction processing for our e-commerce operations.
- Analyze financial data and assist in the budget planning process.
- Ensure compliance with local tax requirements and advise on fiscal strategies.
- Identify opportunities to optimize costs and enhance revenue streams for Nanay Asa Restaurant.

Educational Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.

Experience Level:
- 1 to 3 years of professional accounting experience.
- Prior experience with audits and financial analysis.

Skills and Competencies:
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial regulations.
- Proficiency in accounting software and advanced Excel skills.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
