Accounting Supervisor

Responsible for:
1) Providing relevant and reliable Financial Statements and other
Financial Reports of the company to be used by the management in
making economic decisions.
2) Monthly reconciliation and monitoring of all Investment accounts
and Banco de Oro Savings Account and preparation of PPE
Lapsing Schedule;
3) Checking of monthly cash position report and preparation of
schedule of cash and cash equivalents.
4) Ensuring accurate and timely posting of checks and journal
vouchers;
5) Preparation of interim and annual audit schedules, audited
parent financial statements and consolidated financial statements,
and quarterly and yearly statements for submission to the
Insurance Commission.
6) Checking various reports and monitoring the accomplishment of
tasks of the company Personnel.
7) Preparation and monitoring of departmental expenses and plans
and programs

Salary range: 30,000-45,000

Qualifications:
1. Graduate of BS Accountancy or related course
2. Certified Public Accountant (CPA)
3. Preferable with at least one (1) year related experience or in general accounting, and related supervisory skills.
4. Good written and oral communication skills 5. Proficient in Microsoft Office application
