Accounting Supervisor

Functions:

Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements, to ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
Coordinate with auditors during annual audits and assist in the preparation of audit schedules.
Monitor cash flow, budgeting, and forecasting activities.
Liaise with other departments to provide financial insights and support decision-making processes.
Stay updated on changes in accounting regulations and best practices.
Assist in special projects and initiatives as assigned by management.

Qualifications:

Graduate of Bachelor's Degree preferably in Accountancy, Finance or any related field
Proven experience in accounting or finance roles, with at least 2 years in a supervisory capacity.
Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
CPA License is an advantage.
