ACCOUNTING SUPERVISOR

Job Qualifications:
Graduate of BS Accountancy (CPA Board Passer)
Preferably at least 3 years work experience on the related field
Deep level of knowledge in taxation, bookkeeping, creating manuals, crafting accounting policies and procedures.
Outstanding verbal & written communication.
Has experience in bookkeeping.
Computer literate and internet savvy.
Has negotiation skill;
Has excellent customer service skills;
Responsible, Organized, Determined, and Detail and Results Oriented.
Has Good Interpersonal Skills;
Has Strong Initiative, Can Do Multitasking; and
Duties and Responsibilities:
Supervising the finance/accounting team.
Record journal entries in special and general journals for both companies.
Record journal entries in special and general journals for personal transactions.
Post data on all account titles.
Prepares internal and external income statements, balance sheet, and cash flow report, monthly, quarterly, and yearly for both companies.
Prepares semi-monthly payroll.
Analyze transactions and prepare a budget for the month.
Maintains and
monitors client ledger.Check collection and disbursement report.
Monitors updating of receivables.
