ACCOUNTING SUPERVISOR

 

Job Description:
 

1. Assist the Accounting Manager in overseeing the accounting department's daily operations.

2. Work closely with the accounting manager and accounting specialists to manage financial functions.

Ensure our financial management is accurate and effective.

 

Specific Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Oversee daily transactions including accounts receivable/payable, general ledger and bank reconciliations.

2. Prepare budget and forecasts.

3. Manage month end and year end closing.

4. Monitor the daily performance of the accounting department.

5. Organize financial data into useable information and maintain updated records.

6. Track

the progress of financial and accounting objectives.7. Participate in regular tax/external audits.

8. Establish accounting policies and procedures aligned with company targets.

9. Ensure compliance with the law.

 

Job Specifications:
EDUCATION:
Degree BS Accountancy or Finance (CPA is not required)

EXPERIENCE/TRAINING:
Proven work experience as Accounting Supervisor. Experience with Accounting Software.

SEX/STATUS:
Male/Female; single or married

SKA's

Solid knowledge of bookkeeping and accounting principles, laws and regulations.

Strong computer skills, MS Excel in particular (managing spreadsheets, basic charts and formula).

Good written and oral communication skills.

Good data analytical skills.

Attention to detail and accuracy.

Ability to prioritize work and meet deadlines.
