Accounting Supervisor

**:

- Creates a workflow for daily business continuity even when a team member is away or on leave.
**
**- Analyzes the accounting process, identifies problems, and offers solutions to ensure efficient workflows.
Submits a weekly report on accounts payable and receivable as well as the status of project billing and collection updates to the Executive Committee.
**
**- Assists staff in forecasting inventory based on store sales, which will be used as a benchmark for the end inventory verification period.
**
**- Provides and prepares a report on the financial statements on a monthly basis or upon request of the Executive Committee.
**
- **Bachelor's degree in marketing, business management, or any related field**:

- **Has at least 3 years of in-depth work experience in a construction company or finishing materials company**:

- **Has strong interpersonal, communications, and negotiation, and B2B/B2C skills.
**:

- **Willing to be assigned in Mandaluyong City (8:30AM - 5:30PM**

**Salary**: Up to Php30,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Mandaluyong City: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Management: 1 year (preferred)

License/Certification:

- CPA (preferred)
