ACCOUNTING SUPERVISOR (CEBU)

QUALIFICATIONS:
• Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Management Accounting, or any other related course.
• Certified Public Accountant (CPA)
• Other certification is a plus but not required (CTT, RCA, CAT, etc)
• With at least 5 years of work experience handling general accounting tasks
• With extensive knowledge of current Philippine TAX laws (VAT, EWT, FBT, etc), PEZA, SEC, and other Government compliance
• Proficient in using Quickbooks or other accounting software
• Willing to work in an on-site arrangement (Cebu Business Park, Cebu City)

RESPONSIBILITIES:
• People Management: Coaching, leading, and overseeing the Accounting team.
• Reports & Analysis: Reports preparation for the company and parent company, Month-end report, Quarterly closing and Annual closing of accounts, etc.
• Financial Management: Annual budgeting, cash flow recording and forecasting, etc.
• Compliance: Related to PEZA, BIR and other Government compliance processes.
• Regulations & Manuals: Accounting work manual creation, guidelines and/or policies.
• Payroll: Preparation and creating of Alpha List, review/confirm payroll list and payment, etc.

SALARY:
